Trouble with UFO
« on: November 01, 2011, 09:24:35 AM »

It's running at such a terrible speed ;_; (below 10FPS)
I tried using vpatch and messing with the configuration but it didn't work. (best I got was 21FPS with Automatic+1/3 Frameskip)

Could someone please help me? ;x

Uhm okay, is this a homebuilt machine or does it have a specific make/model?  If it does, can you post it here please?

Okay, that still isn't quite enough info.  Go ahead and download this, extract it somewhere, and run cpuz.exe.  Go to the About tab, click "Save Report (.TXT)" and save the file somewhere.  Then go to pastebin.com, submit the txt file, and post the link here.

Thank you ^.^

Yeah, your graphics hardware sucks.  You might even get some extra speed out of your system if you look for a decent/inexpensive AGP card.  You also have 512MB of memory, which is pretty small now.  At some point, you might want to look at getting a new system, since it'll be hard getting feasible upgrades to your current machine without buying used hardware or something.
