The basic premise is that I think the result of this contest will be JT submitting something with Baka not responding. "Over" is essentially a bet that both will submit something, and "Under" is a bet that neither will submit something in the 72-hour time frame starting at your post.
Kilga, you should really re-think this event, unless you want a whole ton of people becoming IP. I ain't going out yet.
