Title: 東方カードモンスターズ　Phantasmal Summoners error

hello!
so when I try to start the install file it sayss something wrong with the 'setup.000' file.
when I try to start the game itself (preinstalled) nothing happened, the game's window doesnt even open.
things I tried to start the game: changing name, running as admin, compactability mode, japanese locale and applocale. nothing worked.

I hope anyone could help me.

Hmm, maybe you should try reinstalling the game from the original disk that you purchased.
