Maybe that's because GFW doesn't use the "normal" power and rather uses 100% to represent 1 power level.
Indeed, but perhaps I could try to find a way to assign the following values:
Large power: Gain 500% ice area (or some similar value).
Full power: Gain 3000% ice area.
1up: Gain 100% motivation.
Bomb: Gain 100% perfect freeze.
If I could find out how, I would definitely try it...
