What exactly can we do to raise our reputation now? Also, is the reputation based only on what the clans inside our tribe think of us, or is it based on everyone's opinion on our clan?

I don't think raising our tribe's reputation does anything for making our person the tribal leader.
Is it Destiny that affects that, or Diplomacy?
