To my defense: I didn't see this board the first time it became visible, and at the only info in CPM4C was that 'the staff board had become visible'.

The staff forum is hidden from view for a reason. If stuff is posted there, it's posted there for a reason.

If I wasn't clear, I tried specified "settled" matters to indicate the sort of benign and settled issues that were moved here, and new ones only moved out once settled. It'd still be the staff's choice what gets 'published' this way. But I won't insist.
