Whoops, I spotted an error. On the leaderboards shown in the first post, my and Phasm's ranks are wrong. Since my score is less than Phasm's, I should be ranked 3rd, while Phasm should be ranked 2nd.

Actually, that's 1 billion, not 1 trillion. Also, nice replay (I learned quite a bit from it!), but you didn't actually clear, so that shouldn't say "C", I don't think.

OK, since it seems the large number of improper link replays in this thread might've been because people couldn't figure out where to retrieve the link, I've gone back and added what was left out as best I can, since it's not entirely your fault.

That said, I wish someone said they couldn't figure out how to link attachments, instead of so many people just ignoring the format. Why would you expect your scores to be added if you don't mention why you aren't using a proper link tag? I gave several reminders, but as far as I can tell they were simply ignored.

It is still possible to link attachments:
- include the in-line attachment somewhere, such as at the end of your post
- copy the link to that attachment
- edit the post to create a [url=link]Replay[/url] tag as normal

Same as before, except you need to type [attach=1] somewhere to be able to copy the link. Here is an example of a post that did this.

In the future, the rule will continue to be enforced. It may not seem like a problem to force me to reformat one replay, but it is when you do it often.

Despite the deaths on stage 1 and 3, I still entered stage 4 with almost 10k more piv than my last run, and by stage 5 I was ahead in score as well. Still a sloppy run overall, but thanks to better strats, it's an over 100m improvement.

So ARF has already broken 1b on Easy with Cirno, and the current Marisa WR of 951m is not far behind. I wonder how hard it would be to score 1b as Reimu.

Not as hard as I thought apparently. This time I've started point-blank release milking certain attack patterns that I wasn't before. If this 200m+ improvement over my last pb is any indication, doing this is worth it even if you die multiple times in the process. Narumi's last non is especially profitable, netting up to 7k+ piv and millions of points per release. I only had 3 lives left at the clear bonus despite not doing any suicides, so there should be plenty of room for improvement here.

1b Reimu Easy achieved. I'm mostly happy with how stage 1 and 6 turned out, but the rest of the run was still pretty bad, especially stage 4. Aside from the usual deaths to Narumi, I didn't have any bombs entering the midboss, and I couldn't manage to speedkill it with releases, so I missed out on a bunch of post-midboss fairies. By the end of the Narumi fight, I thought the run was dead. Fortunately it turned out I was only about 5m behind in score and 1k behind in piv, so I decided that was salvageable and kept going. Didn't expect to pb by this much but I'll take it. Will continue shooting for a better score.

All right, got a run I'm happy with. Real life is starting to take priority so this might be my last. 1.2b+ with this shot should be doable with better execution and not playing Aunn's first non like a pansy. From what I can tell, Cirno and Aya should be able to score even higher since they can bomb without damaging the boss, but for now, this is where the overall Easy WR stands.
