Whoops actually we might need some clarification on this simply because it's the first year it has been listed. I think it's the list of MotK'ers that we will exchange presents with in real life regardless of CPSS. It's there since a bunch of the people who will be participating know each other outside of MotK.

Reddyne has it, that part is specifically for any gift giving outside of CPSS so many people would be leaving it blank. The nature of the partner selection means we really can't have a "do-over" if you wind up assigned with such a person, so we'd want to make sure we know all of that information in advance.
