Got this shortly after getting a 193m pointdevice run. Stage 3 was kind of a mess. Missed a bunch of enemies and died to the laser spell. Not sure how good Reimu's score potential is compared to the other shots but she can definitely go above 200m at least.

A run from yesterday. Doremy fight was disappointing. Died twice to her laser spell, and managed to fail her first spell too. Since then I've had 220m potential entering stage 3 only to game over to that boss. I've got to stop dying so much. On the bright side, I've got a bit more practice on her now, so I should be able to get a better run soon hopefully.

Overshot Doremy's 2nd spell, missing out on a substantial amount of graze. Otherwise decent enough for a 2nd-day run?

I failed far too many spells though, including all of Doremy's except her midboss spell. (Spell bonuses are SA/TD-tier in this game, but it'd still be an extra million or so per spell.) Also stage 3's stage portion was unrouted. Good thing Reisen's bomb has such an absurd number of uses (in exchange for low shot damage-- this was my first clear without any timeouts).

Just finished developing a route that can potentially reach 250m with this shot. This was one of my first runs using that route so it's pretty sloppy. Also haven't tried suiciding on Ringo yet, since you can't test that in pointdevice mode, so I'll look into it with legacy mode at some point. Better Reimu score coming soon!

(Maybe the game is erroneously factoring one of the other enemies from the end of the previous chapter into the calculation or something.)

Weird thing actually is that i get the 50% Shoot Down always on that Midboss for some reasoning. Seems like a random exploid Glitch wich probaly always change on every PC (or just pretty bad RNG).

Finally started suiciding on Ringo's second spell. It's not as profitable as on higher difficulties, but I was still able to get over 7k graze with this shot despite doing it sloppily. My guess is that I'll be able to get 9-10k graze once I've learned it better. Also kind of forgot what I was doing during some of the chapters in stage 2 and 3, so I lost some score from that. I estimate that my current route can now reach 280-290m.

That's the slowdown rate; the percentage of frames that fall below 60 FPS. This is displayed in your Replays as the last item in the line. Games with a slowdown rate higher than 5% aren't considered for the High Score Board.

I've been experimenting quite a lot with Pointdevice and thought some people may be interested in seeing my progress, just to show some scoring potential. Not a submission, of course.

283,648,580 with Reisen on Easy (Pointdevice)

Every time you retry, your power goes down by 0.01 so there's definitely some points missed. However, everything else was aggressively grazed. The health of the stage enemies means it's actually fairly difficult to get 100% shooting down in some places, makes me wonder if this is a weakness for Reisen, as her bomb barely damages the enemies. In place of that she gets a very exploitable bomb!

I can't see myself getting this score too much higher without any massive route changes/discoveries. Rest of the score will come from Power items picked up at max and graze optimisation.

I'll most likely work my way down the character list - Sanae is next to experiment with!

Had a few stupid deaths, namelly at Ringo's midboss nonspell, which i was trying to graze, it's a good place to graze. I have the most trouble with Doremy's final spellcard, i just can't get the hang of it.

After learning about the hitbox glitch associated with ending stages with Reisen's bomb active, I decided to try taking advantage of this the other day, basically trying to stay with the big hitbox during the planned suicides, for maximizing grazes and such. A very messy run, but I guess this is the way of high level Reisen scoring!

Changed my route on the stage 3 stage portion to get a bunch of graze that I was missing out on. The execution was pretty sloppy this time but at least it's a big improvement over what I was getting before. I can see Reimu reaching above 300m on Easy as well, though it looks like it's beyond my ability at the moment. 270-280m seems like a pretty realistic goal for me though.

So I'm a bit of a pansy when it comes to graze and I definitely think it's most apparent by the time I get to Ringo's boss. Improvements might be made around stage 1 where I found it possible to get around 20 mil by the time you get to Seiran and just the general rest of the demo once Ringo start whipping out her spell cards and trying to die less in stage 3.
