The general rule is to always be sure to ask around when sending stuff like this out. At the end of the day, if you have a service you trust, just stick with them. Whilst recorded delivery is always pushed on for this, people have sent stuff without the recorded delivery option before; for their own personal reasons. If you ever need something covering, just ask... or PM Vic; he normally helps out with any issue for SS. ^^

One of the best gifts I got was a hand-made card featuring both Aya and Fallout 3. You can't buy love like that in any store.

Lets not forget the spirit of secret santa. None of these gifts are supposed to be the center piece of anyone's Christmas in the material sense. Keep your gifts fairly cheep (I'd feel like shit if I spent more then ~$20) because you're not trying to show off like that. I intend to share something that is unique, and a bit surprising, because that's what I think you should get for Secret Santa.

I'd take part but I honestly do not trust international shipping being reliable; seeing as I'm Britland and not America. Knowing my luck my package I send out would vanish.

Especially since I don't actually have a landline phone and US customs needs a phone number.

A phone number doesn't have to be a landline, I haven't used a landline phone in the past 8 years and that's never been an issue.

Should be fine as long as you get your package mailed in time.  As far as receiving your package, if you're worried about missing it, you could have it mailed to a friend/relative's house, or to work.  That's up to you.
