Anyway, I think this is a pretty cool thing. Kinda weird seeing myself up there just for that Fairy Wars stage. :>

the idea is pretty cool, but I think there's a big flaw with the current style. that is, the shottypes are mixed. it'd quadriple the work if it was sorted by shottypes, but it makes sense (to me) if they were to be seperated. it's, for example, easier to score with ReimuB in PCB than it is with marisaA, for instance. (I know there isn't any marisa on the scoreboard, but just giving examples here :v)
so yeah, would make the list longer and seperate them. unless you had a reason not to do so.

That is something I don't feel comfortable with keeping up to date right now. This is going to be quite difficult to keep up to date as it is, let alone increasing the thread size for each shot type. For now, I'll just be listing the highest overall score for the difficulty regardless of shot type.

I would also find it interesting to do it per shot type, I just don't think I could keep it as up to date as I'd like it to be. I'll poke around and see who would be willing to help keep it up to date. Once I've got something organised, I'll reformat it accordingly. In fact, I could do it on my own, I may just need people to submit their MotK record breaking scores to this thread as well as the corresponding high score thread - but this is only if I can't keep them all up to date. My main worry is that the Touhou Wiki high score page is already gigantic, seeing how many characters there are for IN, for instance.

I'll see what I can do.

EDIT: Okay, my idea for now is that I'll leave the main post as-is and have links to other posts in the threads for character + shot type specific scores. Yay or nay? Should I just throw it all into post one and try to make navigation a bit easier at risk of it being a sight for sore eyes? This is for the community, so whatever helps the community more to reference scores and such I'll be doing. So let me know!

EDITEDIT: Another idea is to make an external page, like a wordpress, to keep track of literally everything. This would be much cleaner and easier to look at in my opinion, and by far easier to browse.

I'll also support the idea of an external page for "literally everything." Just way too many shot types to do it here, I think.

On the other hand, that's pretty much what the wiki already has going. I dunno if it would be better to do MotK + World for the sake of comparing scores, or if maybe you just want to do MotK scores. I think I might be leaning toward the latter, myself, if only because, again, the wiki has a page for world records anyway.

みぞる improves his FW Extra score by 200k, pushing it up to 100,245,670 from 100,029,110!
