Kaze Senshi, I feel like you might benefit from drawing based on models or tracings. Or reading a lot of manga.
NotAPirate went into detail above (and while I think he was a bit harsh, I also don't think it was condescending or anything, since he gave solid advice), but I think the better advice would just be to keep drawing and practicing, because the things that are off in your art are things that will be solved by just continuing to draw.
Some specifics from me: the forearm starts off a bit thick from the elbow and then narrows until you reach the wrist; the palm widens out from there. The knuckles are more of an arc than a straight line. What I see of Nue's upper right arm makes me think that her shoulder is narrower than her wrist, so that needs fixing. You did a better job on Reisen's neck than you did Nue's, imo; her shirt collar has depth there, whereas Nue's shirt collar is tight on her neck.
It ain't bad but it can be better if you keep practicing and learning to add detail here and there and continuing to work at it. Good luck.
