How would we get around to doing that? From what I'm thinking:
(1) Ammys vote once by post or PM (not sure which one to do, but the latter seems more fair)
(2) Round 1: each Ammy's vote is counted once. The number of Ammys who posted here affects the total.
(3) Round 2: each Ammy's vote is multiplied by his/her number of posts (great, I'd have a significant amount of weight XD). The total number of posts affects the total.
(4) Round 3: We need to think of this one. Ammy fight, perhaps? Or will the real Ammy flip a coin to determine who wins instead?
(5) The winners of the rounds are compared to determine a winner of this round of the IP duel.

Both Kips and Shadoweh vote for themselves, and while it won't make much of a difference in Round 1, in Round 2 the number of Ammy posts made will be counted in. So as it stands now Kips would have an advantage in the latter.
...or, they just sit back and not do anything for good reason.

I can also attest to SWR's difficulty on WINE. I can play every Touhou game in WINE with the exceptions of PoFV (which has a tendency to arbitrarily freeze between stages) and SWR, which won't even open at all. Yes, I've tried the fixes on the Touhou wiki. Some distros, even using the same WINE build as others who can get SWR to run, just cannot make SWR work. IaMP, however, is no problem. If I liked fighting games more than shooters this might be an issue.
