Title: 21-12-2013 Disconnects/lag on IRC - Internet = broken (update)

Currently users may experience lag or disconnects while raiding ppirc.net. Please watch warmly as admins do their best to prepare.

So do not worry there is something wrong with your PC or with the forum/irc. ZA INTERNET is broken.

Update 2:
Unfortunately it seems the issue is still present as the disconnects continue. We're all doomed! DOOMED!

Update 3:
Connection seems generally stable on IRC. The Hakurei maiden is cleaning up the remaining mess of poorly maintained borders.

Update 4:
TSO-chan reports that the Hakurei maiden has underestimated the unprecedented affair. The doom rages on.

Maybe one of the atlantic undersea cables got cut again?

EDIT: According to this http://www.akamai.com/html/technology/dataviz1.html traffic is only bad in Europe.

That would be pretty dramatic indeed. It seems my connection (as European) is stable for the past hour. If it stays that way, I'll close this thread.
