ANYWAY, I just succeeded in my second PoFV normal 1cc! Lyrica's actually not a bad character at all. Her focus speed can be a bit slow, but it's reliable and her scope is ACTUALLY BENEFICIAL. 'Twas an epic showdown between me and Shiki, but I won out in the end after about 8 minutes.

But then the game decided to show how it doesn't like me either, because the game crashed when I tried saving the replay.

I'm serious. Everyone has flaws in their playing that they often don't even know are flaws because they're used to playing like that. You wouldn't believe the amount of times I was watching a replay, saw something, and went "wut" as a really hard part became trivial.

Preferably before fighting Shinki (e.g. bombing the waves of fairies on Stage 6).

I used 1 bomb here, and got this.

You need to plan the bombs then. Using (at most) 2 bombs for the additional 1 life is definitely worth it. Because you get a free hit (at minimum) this way.

I do. >_> But you see, even if I bomb spammed the stage 6 fairies, I wouldn't have enough. Since both my lunatic 1ccs had only 6 deaths though, I've proven I don't need that last extend anyway. :V

And Ruro, this may sound crazy, but maybe you should try max lives for a change? Even if it would be less of a victory, it's good to taste that win. It's why I play LLS lunatic on max lives.

Inspired by Baity, I 1cc'd LLS lunatic again. I don't know why I continue to play on max lives when I never fall below what would be needed for a default lives 1cc these days...

Pretty standard run. Obligitory OH GOD WHY death somewhere in the run with three bombs (at the BEGINNING of the stage 5 preboss spam), deaths in same places, the same ol' thing. However, I think I stumbled upon something for Yuka's final phase: I believe it may be static. If nothing else, openings definitely appear in similar places each time. Sadly, my frame rate takes a huge hit on this attack and my movements become too unpredictable (it's the inconsistent type of lag) for me to ever deal with this attack as I am now.

I imagine it depends on the type of insect you're dealing with. But to my admittedly limited experience with the field, most of the time antenna are sensory organs, as opposed to something like a blind person's cane.

Although I wouldn't be surprised at all to see there are insects who use 'em that way, or some sort of arthropod what does it.
