(If she's on her stomach, prod ever-so-gently so she's definitely aware it's there. If she's on her back, don't bother prodding.)

Wait a sec, Kilga.

>Hold previous command
>Would it be possible NOW to sunder the power from her, and put it in ourselves to carry back?

It's up to you if you want to do this, it's just the thing that occurs to me for achieving overarching goal if it's possible. I'm not strictly opposed to just ending it.

I'm fine with using Sunder in this way, though I'd rather Meira not still be struggling when we do, if only because having her resisting could be a pain.

>Among other things, it would be in you.  You are not a vessel designed to contain it.

> Before we do that, say "I'm sorry Meira."

> Swing our left-hand sword up, and then bring it slicing down on her neck.

>You bring down your sword. Meira throws herself toward the side, or perhaps it's more accurate to say she falls. She lands on her left side, snapping her blade up to deflect yours. It is not a strong parry, but it is enough to keep her safe for the moment.
>She lashes out at your legs with a sudden kick!

Knew I should have persisted with taking our right hand off of our mouth and keeping the left-hand sword's point on her neck.

Also, next time (if we get a next time), we're not saying anything. There's a reason I internalized that apology - talking just gave her more of a warning.

>She tries to bring her weapon up to deflect yours, and it comes with terrifying speed. The weapons clash with a loud clang, but she does not have the strength to really deflect your attack. Your blade sinks deeply into her side, drawing a kind of pained squawk from her before she passes out.
