So basically this is a " celebration of art, film, food, music, dance, and Japanese culture" (direct quote from their facebook page). So basically this is your standard anime con however unlike other anime cons it is FREE. They do take donations which all go to Child's Play Charity. This topic is about who would want to go and if anyone would be interested in making a touhou panel. I wouldn't be a speaker since I hate public speaking but I can definitely help with anything else panel related. nd here
