Do you have any ideas about Touhou canon in alternate universe? (like complete opposite things)

One where the plot tackles big issues like the flaws of humanity while exploring the real-world efforts being made to make things better. Perhaps even suggesting something that'd add to the table of what can be done to improve common issues with social human life. I can think up a few.

Waaaayy too many stories (like those in SMT) love to whine and bitch about how humanity sucks, yet offering no (realistic) part of a solution to help improve humanity. Honestly, without that important bit, said whining is just pointless, depressing, and shows a kind of laziness in the writers.

There's no real distinction between mythology and religion, especially when you're talking about the afterlife (which a decent chunk of the game have you visit). From a certain perspective both are simply "truths" about the world.
