Just to clarify on the "Hele man, I got no microphone"

It says : "prepare vocal speech". --> Be creative if you don't have one :V But if you do have one, use it :[ (especially IPs/IMs >=3 ) Hope that explains bit more.

You know, originally, I was going to write something extremely long again.
And then shove it into UTAU, turn the pitch up way high, and make it recite something like 50 syllables a second.
Then I decided that pissing off the judges wasn't the best way to go about this and did a more normal speech.

You could also make a nice opening speech with total disregard to the words we are supposed to use and then make a seperate soundfile where you say the words contextless directly one after another. You then take the second soundfile, turn down the volume and stretch it out to the length of the regular speech.
Then overlay. :V

Also, I decided that Scarlet Devil Lawnchair would have been stretching the rules a little too much.
