Well, this is my break up of it.

Light in the darkness - Could be meant literally but is usually a figurative speech for hope.

The final toll, an ending - Something that about signaling an end.

Ullr's breath retreating - Now I checked google for what Ullr means and apparently he has something to do with glory. So Ullr's breath retreating has something to do with....not taking glory for something? Maybe.

Hmm, from this, I have to guess....I think Byakuren too (somewhat, maybe) but I'll go with another guess since it's taken. ~~Shou?~~
