I will need to stand as close as possibly to the spot where I vanished to do this; she has provided me a tool that will gather these echoes for me. The other is any object that has existed since my time, a sort of antique. Whatever object this is will be 'lost' in the process of sending me home. If you can offer me one or both of these things, it would be much appreciated."

>"I'm sure you have a better idea where to find the former than I," says Alice. "The grand hall and the library were just above. As for the latter, I have nothing to offer personally, but I am willing to help you obtain such a thing."

>"Unlikely," says Alice. "I have them recopied periodically to keep them from decaying. As for older objects, hm," Alice rubs her chin. "...I would search for museums, temples, and private collections of the particularly wealthy. Presuming you didn't plan to simply steal something, the trick would be to find something that isn't important. An art object or an antique of some kind? If you did plan to steal something, I would recommend a temple. They are likely to be the least well guarded."

It seems she had been trying for some time to gain access to your quarters in search for some works of Lady Patchouli's, but was thwarted by your guardian every time. I would prefer to bring her with us, as while she is currently passed out, she has said she will return to her land to report her failure to her leader as soon as she is able. Would you happen to have anything that would allow me or us to carry her at least as far as the Hakurei Shrine?"
