>Let's close this door, and head into the left sidehall, then hit the first door there.

> You leave the bathroom and go into the second hallway.  The first door, much like the door to the bathroom, gives no resistance as you open it.  Inside, spoiled food is floating placidly in the water.  The only things that have been spared are the sealed jars sitting on the shelves.  This must be Alice's food storage.

> Ew no, it's so gross!
> Maybe if a large fish squeezed itself under the shelves, it could be in here.

> There are no fish, perhaps because the door has been sealed.  It won't be long before they start gathering, though.

Didn't she say there was a large something outside her house? Why are we looking inside her house?

It read like inside to me, given she was seeing it through the windows. That plus the broken dolls inside suggest the problem is indeed in the house.

It was explicitly stated that the creature we're looking for is inside the house, not outside.

> This room won't help.
> You go to the ride end of the hall and open the first door.  It appears to be a bedroom with all the basics: a bed, nightstand table, armoire, rug, chairs, and so forth.  The drawers of the armoire have practically been torn out, and the nightstand is on its side.
