Or, y'know, watch some DVDs or something, I dunno...

I'd say write a long letter to your parents explaining how their stubborn and foolish push of a singular gender identity to each gender has caused you a large amount of strife within your life and that their attempt of holding back your mind from developing within it's own boundaries has failed and never will work, so they should give up.
also blast touhou doujin music while baking a cake and dancing afterwards.

I have done the following:
1. shaved my legs
2. watched The Devil Wears Prada
3. made blueberry muffins (with real blueberries we just got)

I am now lying down wearing a blue tanktop, blue girl shorts and bright pink tights trying not to get sick (I think my lunch didn't agree with me)

It was really well done and such though, so, you might be able to find one cheaper if it has less ruffles, uses less fabric, takes less time, etc.

I prefer a more conservative approach myself. It leaves more to imagination and heightens illusion in your case.

Hmm...I should pretend to be a boy who wants to crossdress and end up getting free clothes from people that want to see it.

This sounds like a perfectly viable strategy!
Too bad this doesn't work for me :(

Put on one of your mom's bras, stuff each cup with an orange, voila!  Workable 'tools'.

If your brother is gonna kick your ass for being a fag, take advantage of that potential vulnerability and use it against him.  Be amorous, 'interested', deviant, and all around incestually creepy.  How willing would he be towards taking to violence as opposed to wanting to straight out avoid confrontation with you when you throw around the impression that you're honestly gonna rail him in his sleep as opposed to fucking with him as a means of imposing your law in the household.

Play the game.  Don't fight it, embrace it~

You know, I was gonna mention taking scandalous photos as a means of establishing a dominant posture through blackmail.

My youngest brothers are 10 and 12.

Greyn: except he's the kind that beats up gay kids for being gay.

If that's the case drug him with alcohol and ecstasy, hop on the bed, do the bad thing, and take numerous photos or video tape the incident.  Conquer him psychologically, bend his reality until he believes that his habit of beating up gay people is all a facade to cover the notion that he himself is gay.  Consistency and persistence will be the key to victory for this particular endeavor.

Now it's time for me to cry myself to sleep next to my newly acquired Beerstein collection which I will likely have no use for other than ridiculous delusions of grandeur and vanity reasons.

And here I thought everyone at least know the basics to drug dealing.

1. move out.
2. talk to the people who really matters.
3. prepare to get thrashed
4. prepare to go to jail
5. deny you ever had a family
6. get used to being edgy
7. seriously, get a fucking gun.

Great I think he is drunk or stoned... he's talking in his sleep and making other assorted groans and moans ><

I have to share a room with him.  With no doors.  Or walls.  Or any kind of privacy at all.

To be fair, drug dealing will teach you a shitload about laissez faire capitalism, black markets, police and state brutality, and game theory.

Title: Re: the family isn't home
Post by: Jana on August 15, 2009, 07:48:49 AM
I guess life on the streets can teach things that school ever could (I speak with some experience), but there's a difference between true hardship thrust upon you and hardship brought about by getting into something like drug dealing. Your brother seems to be in the latter category...

Well, if you had something to change into... Or just boxer shorts, if you use them. In any case, I do hope you figure something out. I'd hate to be stuck alone with someone like that for an amount of time.

Cut by Purjew: Yeah, that's what I meant... Sort of.

It's especially eye-opening to someone who was sheltered and kinda dumb, because it thrusts a whole lotta shit on you at once that middle class living just doesn't have to deal with.

Experience is also a hell of a teacher; sadly the lessons learned improperly from it are hard to forget. =[

Well, in my case, learning about drug dealing and smut peddling was pretty much a given. You don't simply get involved with people like these if you are not ready.

It is not that you don't learn, in my case, I think I learned there are really some fucked up people who did do this sort of shit with you and for you, just supply them, ask them to rob, steal, fuck shit up and they will.

Wanna know what is funny? All of them wanna be in drug dealing too.
They ended up nowhere.
Game theory, and all that jazz, before that, know that you can use your assets to make them beg on their two knees to give you head. That is how incredible illegal substances and the trading of them are.

I think I pretty much went down that lane with smut peddling. Can you imagine a high school kid peddling smut? Yeah, night markets are filled with douches.

@TSO: Ah, shaved legs? Not even I'm that brave.
And I'm glad I got out of that sort of life your brother seems to be stuck in... I used to talk in my sleep too. But it looks like he'll need real, professional help to make sure he doesn't stay in that deathtrap of a lifestyle.

I never knew getting to know people over the internet could be fun.
I didn't know I had so many similarities with TSO in regards to family situations.
TSO, I see you in a new light, and am glad to know you.
But as you say, we are merely cold lines of text;

I absoutely LOATHE body hair :|
And my brother has now gotten a call at 4am, and just got a shower and left, after only being here and asleep for 3.  I have no clue what the hell he's doing now leaving at this time of night and frankly I don't want to know.

First time I actually heard someone say they loathe body hair.

if it makes me feel good, I tend to go full bald and full no hair on my face. I haven't yet shaven my chest hair, and recently it is beginning to look like I am breeding mites down there.

Oh did I forget to mention he used to be (and probably still is) a skinhead?  When he was still in highschool I had to cart him out to this abandoned barn in the middle of nowhere (even more nowhere than where I live), and it had a giant anarchy symbol and a swastika painted on it.  And he always referred to anyone not white as a nigger and talked trash about them.  My cousin was even worse, he got in fights with Mexican kids just for being Hispanic.

FML again.

I have too much body hair, but if I were to try shaving, I'd just get all itchy as it tried to grow back... I tried once when I was too young to think much on it. I still shudder at the thought...

And yeah, if a drug dealer goes out after a call that early, something's probably going down. Do you have a first aid kit handy?

Cut by AF: Oh, I shave my face... Just not my body. I take too long to get clean as it is...

Cut by TSO: A skinhead? Yeah, that changes things. I can't feel bad for him anymore... Still, keep something in case of emergency handy.

Yeah, being a racist really kills what little sympathy I had for him. I was actually trying not to hate on him lately; trying to tell myself he's just kinda dim and a victim of that, social prejudice, and circumstance. But Jesus Christ, there is no excuse for being a skinhead whatsoever.

Also, I am not that hairy compared to many. But I have a lovely neckbeard. I should post up my community picnic photos from a few weeks ago! =]

I dunno, he's my brother and all and I could never hate him.  And I do think he is turning a corner and at least getting rid of his worst traits and habits.  He's definitely trying to be responsible now and maintain a job at least, and he did manage to pay off his entire DUI fine and reinstatement fee all on his own.

I think he'll grow out of it.  He's not irredeemable, just, lost I suppose.  He definitely liked to hang out with the wrong crowd growing up but I think he's slowly learning that the wrong crowd is that way for a reason.

It's no good to see the good of people if you can't do the same for yourself, silly~

It's part of the reason I'm glad I escaped that sort of lifestyle when I did. I'm already jaded enough, but I try to see the good in everyone too. I'm even going into psychology now, just to try and dig out the good in people.

Anyway, I think I'm going to bed too. Goodnight, everyone!

I just can't stand the thought of someone hating me, and I always assume it's something I do so I will do stupidly foolish things in an attempt to mend friendships.  I also see people who are making stupid decisions or are just failing at life and attempt as much as I can to help them, sometimes to the detriment of myself :/

Yet, when it comes to myself, I really don't seem to fight or struggle for my rights or my wants and needs.  I'll happily sacrifice my own for someone else :[

You gotta feel a bit better about yourself than this.
Title: Re: the family isn't home
Post by: helvetica on August 15, 2009, 09:42:35 AM
Yeah yeah, believe in yourself, your biggest obstacle is yourself, etc.

It's kind of hard to put that in practice when you are so completely and utterly disgusted and detached from the image and physical nature you possess now.  It's so bad that sometimes I don't feel like I'm really me, and I'm just controlling some guy and watching his life though his eyes.  It's like being stuck in a bad video game with no reset button :\

I dunno how to explain it other than think of your worst flaw, and then magnify that to your entire body and that's a fraction of some of the conflict I have.  And the worst thing is being confined into a role and mannerism and being told you can't or shouldn't do a lot of things that interest you because of this "flaw".

Now you are just going emo, we all have our weak moments, I think it is necessary that you choose who you want to be and assert yourself in certain manners.
Of course, no one wants a snob, no one wants you to walk out there start talking your ass off and tell people about how good or how well you can market yourself to the people.

What your worst flaw is about admitting that flaw.

So your parents think you can't become someone like this or like that, isn't it more important to actually sort of like, make a checklist of who you want to be? I think I made myself unclear, but it is important, that you know who you want to be, who you can be.

roles are given, it is what stigma is all about that, you should not let that bind you.

I dunno what better pep talk to give, but you gotta stop feeling so down over this, it is big issue if you let it develop into intense self-actualization of a depression, at that point, I dunno, even morphine won't help you.

1.  I would never ever do drugs.  I don't even drink outside of social events and even then it's very little.
2.  I would never physically harm myself or others.  I am a huge wimp when it comes to pain and I tend to hide in a corner and cry before I'd ever strike someone.

That being said it's hard feeling good about yourself when your body represents everything you loathe and your personal feelings make you a pariah in your own family.  I've improved somewhat though.  Before I would just bottle all of this up and just put on a mask and play whatever role was expected of me.

Now I have my own ideas of who and what I want to be and want the world to see.  It's just getting the self-confidence to do it despite everyone against me...

My parents do not know I want to be a girl but have hints from catching me crossing when I was little.  My dad thinks the devil is trying to tempt me and my mom tries to hide it and deny it like I am some horrible dark family secret.  And my eldest brother tries to blackmail me by threatening to tell everyone he caught me wearing a tutu when I was 8.  I came out to my sister when she was 7 but she doesn't remember or want to remember.  And the youngest two do not have a single clue.  There's noone in my family or in real life I have the courage to confide in.

So yeah you can see why I may have a few self-confidence issues.

Ecchi Sketch has given me a wonderful idea... Gift a monocle to your brother next chance you get! Force him to unleash his inner gentleman!

Seriously though, it's not worth it to worry so much about appearances. It could be that my parents' obsession about our appearances to the outside world (not just physical, of course) has left me caring little for the way normal people see me... But I feel much better about myself for it.

Some might say I have no shame, but I say I'm comfortable with who I am. You should be too.

Oh. I'm kinda covered in body hair, and it's rather inconvenient. I can't even wear long socks because running makes them pull on my leg hairs rather painfully... So it's more because I dislike the inconvenience of it all, rather than appearances (although they certainly aren't pretty).

Keep it or lose it, is up to you. Once you lose it, move out, move out and do something to change your life.
Disregarding some of your posts above about that, the idea is really not to whine.

In case you wonder, the best remedy to this situation is to really go queer, then, it won't be so loathesome because you would have walked out and tell everyone about it. I am sure the hate, as you may call hating yourself, comes from people hating you about being who you are. The solution is to stop hating yourself over what people hate about you.

One point of interest: changing your sex does not change your sexual orientation. If you're attracted to the same sex as yourself as a boy, you will likely become attracted to girls as a girl yourself. But you've probably run into this tidbit while doing research about sex changes.

Time for a little Q&A.

Q: So, the family's not home (most of it, at least) and you're looking for something to do by asking us what to do?
A: You've already found something to do, albeit temporarily. Find something that interests you, even if someone else objects. What can they do? If they punish you for doing something that they don't like, then that means they are more concerned with who they want you to be than who you really are, and they should be ignored. Freedom comes with the price of security, and security comes with the price of freedom.

Q: You say you have issues with the with your family, especially with (1) your old-fashioned parents and (2) your most-likely homosexual drug-dealing little brother?
A: (1) Draw the line somewhere soon. It doesn't matter where exactly, that's for you to choose, but there is a limit to how much your parents expect you to do simply because you are their child. (2) Get him to own up to everything he is and will be. You say that he is trying his best to become a responsible person, and that is good. However, if he cannot be honest with himself and others, there will be major problems in the future. Your role as older sister is to support and guide him, even against his will. Do not force his hand, and let him decide what it is he wants to do, but NEVER hate or disown him. Accept him and forgive him, if necessary.

Q: In addition to your family problems, you have issues with yourself and the way you look?
A: Do something about yourself, or get used to your life. If you want to change any part of you, you must ask questions and answer them in kind. Who are you now, and who do you want to be? What is it that you want? What do you think you will gain or lose by doing this? These must be answered truthfully because there is no point in lying to yourself. After you have done so, decide. Will you go through with it? Will you change and risk losing a part of who you are, or will you remain the same and risk regretting your decision?

Make your time.

I am not completely without blame here.  I have a crappy track record with jobs and I'm a college dropout :l  I won't blame my family for all of my issues as that's just stupid and childish.  And yes I am well aware it won't get better until I do move out hence why I don't whine about it 24/7 anymore and keep it to myself.

I got him to own up to most of it after a particularly bad drinking binge of his.  There are even more secrets he has confided in me or does not know I am aware of, and I do not hang it over him or use it as a control.  I have never hated him.  I hate what he does and some of the things he gets away with, and I am severely disappointed with his decisions.  But at the same time I will gladly praise him for growing up in some ways and maturing, and while he has a long way to go I will support it however I can :|

I mock and laugh at his attitudes and his behaviors, like any sibling would.  I would never sell him out or disown him though.

Quote
Q: In addition to your family problems, you have issues with yourself and the way you look?
A: Do something about yourself, or get used to your life. If you want to change any part of you, you must ask questions and answer them in kind. Who are you now, and who do you want to be? What is it that you want? What do you think you will gain or lose by doing this? These must be answered truthfully because there is no point in lying to yourself. After you have done so, decide. Will you go through with it? Will you change and risk losing a part of who you are, or will you remain the same and risk regretting your decision?
I've already had this breakdown a couple years ago.  Basically since I was 4 I realized my desires were well against the considered "norms" of what was expected of me.  Throughout most of my life I've basically conformed to everyone else's ideas of what I should be, being the good kid always listening to mommy and daddy.

Then one day, I just couldn't do it.  It got to a point where what they wanted was diametrically opposed to what I wanted.  I wanted to goto college and get my music degree, but I was forced to go into engineering, and I just stopped caring.  And I decided to do what *I* wanted to do rather than what *they* wanted of me.  Would it have been far easier to have just submitted?  Probably.  Would I have been happier?  Hell no.  And for once in my life I chose happiness over people pleasing.  The only other time I ever had that courage was when I told my dad off and quit football and did marching band my junior year in highschool.

Basically I know what I want, it's getting there that has me going bleh.  I've more or less made peace with who I am and what I want to be.  It's just getting the courage to make that stance to the world.

That and I was extremely depressed not knowing anyone at the biggest school in the US :l

I usually like out-of-the-ordinary hats, and green is my favorite color, but your brother really needs a new one. That one looks fucktarded.

And it took me a while to hear that painful imitation of old-skool rap since I had Nazrin's theme on. Cadmas's statement certainly applies.

You should replace it with a Suwako hat! If it gains sentience, it may do you the favor of hijacking your brother's brain.

Unfortunately, I still can't remember what I wanted to say, but if I wait, I'll get the "4 new replies" message again.

Edit: Now I remember!
Damnit my brother is still home.  He's asleep on the couch.

Does this mean you can have your bedroom to yourself, or is he likely to switch? Maybe you can call it an early night and get up feeling refreshed in the morning.

Now that I turned off that godawful music, I decided to do my duty as a psych student psychologist and see what's up with TSO's brother. Unfortunately, there's so little substantial data to work with... All I got was that he's a Weeaboo Juggalo who enjoys raving and drugs. His music is closer to noise, his anime choices range from okay to Naruto, and his "freethinking" is the same as everyone else's. Oh, and he says he's agnostic... I'm ashamed to associate myself with that now.

Say, do your parents give him a hard time with religious diddly-doo-da, or just you? Maybe you could make that work...

Yeah, after a bit of Google searching to define some terms (Juggalo, some soda they like, etc.), I came to the same conclusion. It's so sad that they can't see how they're group of "individuals" that are basically the same... Not only to each other, but like almost every other "Different" clique nowadays. While it may be my duty to help tomorrow's youths, I can only wince at the possibility of dealing with this kind of person on an everyday basis.

Maybe I'll go back to my original goal of Forensic Psychology and profile killers instead. I'm not cut out for therapy work.

Oh my god.

How could anyone fap to some of this.

I mean, I like some guro. But jesus christ there is a fucking LIMIT.

I don't think it's meant for fapping so much as it's meant for gawking at it while going 'man what'. 'Sides, that kind o' thing usually occurs in the bad ends from what I've heard, so.

One cup flour
One egg
Stir in milk until it's of a batter-like consistency
One teaspoon baking POWDER (not baking soda) <--- OPTIONAL, provides fluffiness.

Ladel into a hot skillet (teflon preferably; butter burns too easily)

Bam. Should make like four or five pancakes.

For aprox 8 pancakes.

200 gr flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 liter milk
~50 gr butter

1- Mix flour with the sugar and make a hole in the middle of the bowl
2- Break the eggs inside the hole. INSIDE.
3- Add half the milk and start mixing you lazy person
4- While mixing slowly add the rest of the frikken milk
5- Let it rest for a while (~15-30min)
5- Your delicious mix is ready. Time to cook this stuff.

6- Warm up a frikken pancake frypan and put butter in to prevent the pancake from being fucked up.
7- With a soupspoon or something else add mixture inside the pan and spread it equally along the pan.
8- Bake the stuff on a 'middle flame' both sides nice light brown.

9- Drop that stuff on a plate and cover it with more butter and powdersugar.

ENJOY.

Title: Re: the family isn't home
Post by: Tengukami on August 16, 2009, 07:07:18 PM
You need to start with the flour, then the egg, then the milk. Add the milk slowly as you mix and keep mixing until it's the consistency of batter. That means it pours like liquid but is still thick. Lumps are OK. Add the baking powder at the end.

Also, the pan needs to be HOT. Use a teflon pan. Test the hotness by flicking cold water on it. If it sizzles hard, it's ready.

Once you pour the batter on, leave it there until you see it starting to dry along the edges. Bubbles will form on top. That's when you carefully use the spatula to get under it and turn it.

It takes practices, but that's the basics.
Title: Re: the family isn't home
Post by: Helepolis on August 16, 2009, 07:07:46 PM
Depends on: Too much flour would make it tough and like non liquid (when you put it in the pan it won't spread). Too much milk would make it like water (it is like thin as papersheet). It has to be somewhat in between. =.=

You can fix it by adding more milk/flour depending on the situation and perhaps an extra egg (unless you added two already)

And yes, what the Tengu said: The pan has to be really well heated. Sissling of the butter when applying it lets you know.

Title: Re: the family isn't home
Post by: Tengukami on August 16, 2009, 07:09:54 PM
I should add that you can't really go wrong with the milk - if you add too much milk, you'll make crepes.

To make crepes, it's the same as pancakes only the batter is thinner. When you pour the batter on the hot pan, don't get under them to turn them until the top of the crepe looks dry.

They cook fast, keep that in mind.
Title: Re: the family isn't home
Post by: Helepolis on August 16, 2009, 07:15:46 PM
it was way too runny WHEN I FOLLOWED HELEPOLIS :V so I added more flour.

OH YEA shove it off on me.  :V

No but on a serious note. Like Amaterasu said, the order of the the ingredients is very important as it gives you overview if the mix is good or not. Hence why you first add BIT of milk and start mixing then eventually adding more milk till it is nice. Baking pancakes is seriously not easy and takes practise for the eye to say: "Yes this seems allright"

When I first baked an pancake I failed like you. Too thin batter because of the same mistakes :V Pouring just everything in.

Post by: Tengukami on August 16, 2009, 07:21:20 PM
Ah well. I was going to ask you to post a pic of the batter so I could give you some advice there.

For future reference, sifting the flour first will make it easier to mix. I then add the egg, and then slooowly add the milk while mixing until it looks like batter. If it's too thick, add more milk. If it's too thin, you can add more flour but you should sift it in, gradually, while stirring.

The pan is also key. It needs to be hot (the water-flick test works) but mostly, you need to stand over the pancake and watch it. When the edges are dry and there's bubbles there, turn it.

I usually make crepes myself, substituting a cap of vanilla extract instead of baking soda, and making the batter very thin. They cook fast as hell, plus you can roll em up and eat em with your hands.

I admit I failed making it too many moons ago, but...
Nevermind that, I think if you have another skilled, put some olive oil or something, or butter and layer it over slow fire... really slow.

if you still got some of that batter left you could probably still make a thick as shit crepe.

Intercept him and raid all the little goodies he is carrying on his person.  Then scurry away into the hills before he can retaliate.  Once you reach safety eat them goodies.

Leave 'im alone. He's probably hung over or coming down off something, and no one likes to be messed with when they are hung over. =[

I'd just be happy he was asleep and not causing trouble. It is behavior to encourage.

Ok I am seriously getting worried here.  My brother fell asleep again and he was only up for like 3 hours.  And there's a pile of q-tips on the table and he randomly makes snorting sounds...

I'm thinking he sniffed about a pound of coke and is crashing hard.

I'm thinking he sniffed about a pound of coke and is crashing hard.

Stay on-hand until he wakes up, and if his breathing goes irregular or he starts convulsing... Then call in a pro.

If he doesn't wake up but seems to be sleeping normally, then it should be fine for now. If he did too much at once, any catastrophic recoil is more liable to happen sooner rather than later.

Well we have two dogs.  The ankle biter will bark and run terrified if you look at it wrong, but the lab NEVER barks unless it's at someone or something she doesn't recognize.  I can't even teach her to speak, she just refuses to bark any other time.  And it was the lab barking like mad so it had to be something outside.

Occassionally I woke up at night with myself hanging on to my pillow like it were my life... that death feeling creeps up on me and I get white and totally scared because I am a bad person once.

If I were timid and kind...I wish I really was... I would have been much difference.

Still, grudges are not meant to be held indeed... I wish I thought of that sooner back in the days.

Ok, calmed down slightly now.. warm water is good...

I think I said this somewhere before, but in high school I used to be a part of a gang, we fight and shit like that. One time, there was this really big fight towards the near end of my high school life. I nearly died when someone stabbed me with a rusty screwdriver, I was at the hospital, they say they had to use adrenaline on me because I practically was dead somewhat at some point. I had an infection there, even bacteria inside due to the rust, and for nearly 2 weeks, fevers and everything bad happened. I was just feeding the goldfish, and I remember a time when I was 5 and got my first goldfish.  Being an avid Dr. Seuss fan, I recalled the story of the boy who got a goldfish and fed it too much and it got superbig and they had to get a doctor to fix it.

So imagine the horror on my face when I tried to feed it the first time and I accidentally dropped the whole food container in its bowl.

Having a huge goldfish would be awesome, in my book, it'd be like having a sea monster for a pet or something.

I remember I had a goldfish once, I won him at the county fair way back when I was a wee lad. Took'em home, set'em my room and smiled at my first true pet. I named him Sam.

It died like an hour later.

Goddamnit I'm so absent minded.

So yeah I was sitting in the living room when I heard this car go FLYING by on the road.  And then like 5 seconds afterwards I hear a strange sound then police sirens.  I go on the porch to check it out and see there's a fucking helicopter flying overhead trying to spot a flying SUV.  Do note I live in the middle of fucking nowhere so this was like crazy scary.

And then I went back inside and noticed something sweet in the air.  I was like "huh I turned the grill off an hour ago..." then remembered I had put baked beans on the stove to warm up ><  Suffice to say they're charred to the bottom of the pot.

A-F: I guess I meant a real operation, not amateur meth labs... Well, I guess most, if not all, meth labs are run by amateurs anyway. Besides, after moving, a "drug bust" was someone getting caught growing pot in their basement, so it's been a long while since I've seen any organized crime.

TSO: Yeah, that would seem to be the likely explanation... No way to know for sure until you get news, though.

And of course people are retarded. Do you think anyone important on the higher-end of the chain really does meth? In fact, most street dealers start dealing to support their habits. A few smart dealers, and most higher-ups, aren't even touching what they're selling.

Although how your brother talked someone else into this isn't totally beyond me. Is your cousin the "generally reliable" type? Just because someone has kids doesn't make them responsible, as I'm sure many people would testify.

As Jan seems to be the one who knows about this shit.

Wouldn't it be rather hard for a non-user to become a dealer to begin with? As a user, you're able to make make connections with other dealers and suppliers and actually get your hands on the stuff. As a non-user, you'd have to find a way to get into that infrastructure and gain trust, I would imagine. And unless you're already in organized crime and have a good name, I imagine this would not be easy.

I like how my brother told me he stopped smoking meth because it was "too good" and didn't want to get addicted :|

Except the sentence before that was "I want to try any drug, any drink, anything at least once."

Tell him he can't, and that it would never happen until he can own a house, a car, and a woman and pay his monthly bills.

that will discourage him enough.

He owns a car, and has lived on his own and does pay his monthly bills.  Unfortunately on the scale of "responsible" in regards to my parents eyes he's far better off than me :\

The only reason he moved home wasn't because he couldn't support himself, but because the place he was in he kept on getting broken into.  And he hardly stays here anyways, only coming home maybe once a week or so and sleeps wherever else.

Ughhhh the audacity of my brother.

He just came up and told me "You should have taken better care of the animals the past few days."  I'm sorry, who was the only one who actually fucking bothered to feed and take them out and take care of them?  He's like "well I found crap here and here, and I took them out this morning (bullshit, I did), so you should have taken them out more."  It probably came from last morning when I woke up late and found a puddle of urine near the door and my brother going "oh so that's what she did, she had this look like she did something bad so I threw her in her cage.'

FFS I can't believe it :|

If you already know someone who deals, or if you just live in a particularly bad area (deep in a particular group's territory; not necessarily an urban place), it's not too hard to start at the bottom of the chain without using. Moving on up in organized crime is just as hard for a user anyway... Of course, I don't recommend it.
