Installing PoFV update (to 1.50a)

I'm trying to install the updated version of PoFV (1.50a), and I can't seem to get the file from ZUN's website to download/work properly.  It's an .lzh file, and neither my Mac nor my PC has any idea of what to do with it.  What do I need to do/what program do I use to install/decompress/unzip/mount the file and patch my game?

I'm running WinXP on the PC.  Don't know the specs on the computer, other than that it is good enough to run all of the games at 60FPS.

.lzh is a compressed file.

Unpack it with say... 7-Zip.
