Even with the changes to sakuya shes still pretty under powered when compared to other girls. Also the change to hakkero and the increaseig of mp cost during her ult doesnt help.

Sakuya isn't really underpowered, requires just too much built up to be dangerous. I don't get why they removed her time-stop ability on her ranged knife. Or is that now added in combination with her ult?

You cant knifr stun while in her ult

Also requiring build up means you have to run away from fight becuase you're to weak to handle other team, or hope your team can carry you while you also farm

Her knives can potentially do huge damage though. With subdoll + rainbow + kitsune I pretty much 1 hit a creepwave mid-game ish, using F.

Her skills use 33% of their normal mana cost while using her ulti, but it increases by 33% every cast (e.g. her knife skill costs 60 normally, uses 20 in ulti initially, but then increases to 40, 60, 80 etc).

Her time-stop ability on her knife is now her innate active ability, Izayoi's Special Stopwatch. It basically makes your next single knife throw slightly stronger, as well as adding the stop effect, but you can't use this ability when you use Private Square (ult). The Special Stopwatch increases in level according to her knife throw skill, I believe.

That sucks then. They should add back her time-stop effect in a certain way. Maybe like a special cooldown skill or chance on her knife throw.

Come to think of it. I haven't actually played Sakuya once in DotS :V think i will do that tonight.

Makes you cry? What do you think about my Mistress? They fucked Hakkero royally in the ass. My Remilia built is over. It was the most efficient built I had trained for her and it always worked. Now I will have to rush frozen frog, which is boring as shit, but effective.

Something like a passive innate ability that allows her knives to stop, but then takes a bit of time to cooldown before the passive can activate again (which, of course, is either unaffected by Private Square or disables when Private Square is activated)? I don't like the sound of knives proc'ing the time-stop, seems a little too random.

Well, Hakkero might not be good on characters like Remi or Kaguya as much now, but its now rather great on some characters like Marisa and Patchy, what with the +40 INT boost and 20% cooldown reduction on all skills.

Ran a couple of tests with Patchy using Hakkero, to try and see if item CD would reduce.

I've tested with mods and subdoll, both with and without Hakkero, and produced no noticeable change in item CD.

In short, Hakkero CD reduction works for skills but not items.

ulti's a passive, and magic damage should be permanent though they didn't state any penalties on death though.

I was looking at the +40 INT for Patchy, makes her Royal Flare and Firewall more painful. As for Marisa, it does cut out almost 5 seconds from Orreries too.

But I agree that the old Hakkero was more useful and that 0.958b is probably one of the worst updates in recent times due to stupid changes orz

I mean, what was the point in changing Hakkero and removing Primiterator? As well as buffing Wriggle's ult? And why make an item like anchor?

This version just proves devs are getting more and more retarded, and need to be crowbarred in the head for a while. Dormio also deserves that treatment :V

I'm guessing it's a bug since it happened to one of my matches as well, 2 Marisas.

I became the "skill-less" Marisa though. =/
Skills are there but nothing comes out when I cast them.
