Given the circumstances surrounding the creation of this game, it was probably intended to be something short and quick, and a prequel would fit that pretty well since we already know where it's supposed to lead.

YAY! Victory!

>Unlock Music Room
> Music: Fighting Yuka
> Music: Fighting the Yama
> Music: What did I just say? (telling Aya about Yukari)
> Music: Wait, she knew? (The Yama telling us we were lying)
> Music: Gapped to Makai!?
> Music: Yuki and Mai fight
> Music: Chasing Yukari
> Question: How'd the tea party with Yuka go? Was she particularly pissed at us?

>Music room unlocked
>Fighting Yuka: Didn't You Mean to Ask About Flowers?
>Fighting Shikieiki: Owning Up.
>What did I just say?
>Underamused Psychopomp
>The Backhills of Makai
>Don't Get Flanked!
>What's Yukari up to now?
>The tea party went well enough. Yuka chose not to mention the incident at all, so it was just the normal walking on eggshells. You wisely declined to mention the photos to her.

> Congratulations on finally finishing this 5-month excursion.

>Gracias.

Oh, right
> Music: Aya to the...rescue? {Yama fight)
> Question: Did Ran ever solve P = NP with that link :P?

>Underamused Psychopomp
>If I told you, she'd have to kill you.

Finally over. 'Tis was some great Gaiden game, going with the Prequel trend, retconning some of the stuff. :V

Still, it was good.

You're a retcon!

> BGM:  Byakuren's Release
> Why did you decide to do a prequel?

>Free at last!
>Because I needed an idea in a hurry with the forum being closed on April 1st, and fully being fooled by it. So I figured the untold story of UFO would do well.

> BGM: Shiki fight/The Yama Realm.

>Underamused Psychopomp

MoF/SA sidestory = Tenshi Quest

I cannot begin to imagine the horrors that would be wrought.

>It don't work that way, muchango
>None may know the Z-Machine Secret! But I will mention, of the 9 or so people you indicated, I do have an embryonic idea for at least one of them. I may never use it.
>The Ex-Bosses were Shinki, Yumeko, and Yuka. Where-in if you angered her too much you were gonna get it. =[ The endboss was Shikieiki. Beating her was not necessary, just surviving and distracting.

I honestly loved this... I'm actually kinda sad this had to end... does not help I'm listening to Night Falls ~ Evening Star, and at the sad sounding part.

Heh, sorry Mystearica. Basically, I didn't want this to get abandoned, but Purvis also was moving somewhat slower with responding to IMs, Maribel Quest, AND Ran Quest when I revived it, so I wanted to bring it to a finish as soon as I could so that he could be freed up. I tried to leave openings for other people at first but they didn't seem to be taken often...
