Recently, I've been completely unable to play Subterranean Animism because the game refuses to go faster than about 38fps, even on the title screen, and the music plays slower, sounding terrible. This has never happened before.
The only relevant things that happened are:
- I bought a new USB gamepad, as opposed to the one I had before that used a different port. Even taking this out of the port, the game still runs at a terrible speed.
- I patched StB.
My system was running fine before, with minimal slow-down on Lunatic, so I have no idea what's happened.
