>The schoolhouse is contained in one room; though you note a small staircase off to the eastern corner. The walls are decorated with brightly colored letters and numbers  juxtaposed with pictures of historical figures, many of them drawn by crayon. Obvious exits are South, East and West.
>Keine sits at a desk, going over some papers. She looks up as you enter. "Well, this is unexpected," she says. Then she frowns at Hina; or rather at Hina's missing arm.
>"I suppose so," she says. "Though I am trying to get these graded before recess is over."

>You head out the western door, and enter the playground.
>This little yard, dotted with a few snowy tables, is awash with children of all ages, laughing and shouting and in general having a good time. A few of them look at you curiously. You quickly notice Cirno, Daiyousei, and Rumia among them. In particular, you notice that Rumia is chasing Daiyousei with a severed arm, as though it were some sort of toy sword. They both seem to be enjoying themselves.
