I think people don't want to have to write a haiku just to enter CE.

I had the haiku in there because, in my mind, if you really couldn't be bothered to write a simple haiku, how would you be able to complete anything else for the CE.

If that's really the case, someone say something and I'll take that requirement out.

Some folks can be creative in other ways. Give a bit of proof of creativity in some form. The haiku is what put me off entering CE.

A haiku always seemed the easiest creative result to me, considering that they can only take about a minute is so for me to crank them out.

I don't see why epople would think it's difficult or what it would stop them from entering, but I took out the requirement to write a haiku for the CE.

Most people are procrastinators if they can be, I'll bet you get a whole crapton the last day of submissions.

Feel free to submit a haiku with your application, I just took it out in vase it might actually be the thing preventing people from entering.
