>You lack a portable charger, but you could plug the phone charger into your laptop's USB port and drain the laptop's battery, which should have enough power to charge the phone several times assuming you don't use it for anything else. Therefore, that could work as a makeshift portable charger, at the cost of your laptop having less power should you actually have to use it.
