> "We had some weird people show up," Koakuma says.  "They said you were the one who sent them over, and the Mistress let them stick around.  Lady Patchy's fine with it as long as she's not interrupted from her reading."

> The three of you fly onwards until you reach the mansion.  Since the duel you had with Yuuka, the youkai gathered around here have dispersed somewhat.  As Koakuma rushes on towards the gate, you notice that Meiling is alone at the gate.

> You and Koishi fly over the gate and proceed into the mansion.  You don't have to knock: Koakuma lets the two of you in.  You walk through the mansion until you reach the ballroom, where the stairs to the library are.  You see many faerie maids still working in the greenhouse, still cleaning up the damage from the fire.  Koishi tags along behind you, looking bored.  She checks her jar of snow every few minutes or so to see if it hasn't melted yet.

> The two of you head for the basement stairs.  As you stand at the top of the steps you see that the door below is ajar: Koakuma went past you after you entered the mansion.  Koishi goes ahead of you as well, skipping down the stairs.
