There's a great deal more to being a maiden then simply not being able to get laid. If that were the only criteria, everyone would have edit powers. Oh no, there's quite a great deal more it. A maiden must have a keen eye, a proper wit, and a good ear. Let us see if you can demonstrate this.

This post makes no sense. Theorin agreed to this contest. And none of the people actually involved have any problems with the process involved-- if nothing else, BMP is doing very well to make himself known here by coming in with a bang, which is enough reason for me to give him IP and see how much this contest makes CPMC exciting again.

Stop being focused on the facts and just have fun. No one else has a problem with this, not even BMP as you see.

Well, Theorist accepted the terms, he was never "forced." And it is the right of anybody to make an IP challenge, regardless of seniority. And we just purged most of the Idiot Hiearchy, so some shaking up of the whole order isn't that out of place.
Plus, this is very fun and amusing to watch.

Well, I was going to write something a lot longer and more aggravated than this but I'm not going to let you goad me into that. Here is my response, cut down to what I feel are the two most important points.

- I'm not the only one that's unhappy about what I pointed out, I'm just the only one that said something about it in public.
- Slap a penalty for losing onto Baka's half of the challenge and I'll stop bitching about the whole thing.

This is silly, Kilga. Stop being so hung-up on the technicalities. You're objecting to something actually happening to shake up the Hierarchy.

Unfortunately, neither Moerin nor me gets to choose the challenges.

I think Kilga's point was that IP was pretty much just handed to you for your sheer brazenness, while normally it's earned somehow, so part of the counterbalance would be a penalty of sorts. And personally, I think it makes it more challenging and more fun if there's something extra at stake.

And I agree with Ruro that the point of this is fun. I'm just glad to see something happening in the IH.
