1.   Fairies are NOT random tools for someone to use without payment or rewards.

3.   If a fairy wants to join the village, and they aren't a good fairy, we can teach them to be a good fairy.
4.   Good fairies listen to Daiyousei.
5.   It should always be a good fairy's choice to do something.
6.   Fellow good fairies shouldn't hurt each other, they should look out for each other.
7.   Good fairies don't kill.
8.   Good fairies don't attack people without at least trying to talk to them first.
9.   Good fairies should not jump to solid conclusions that fast.
10.   A good fairy should at least try to help someone in need, even if they used to be an enemy.
