I'm not familiar at all with ISC's soundtrack (I'm heavily reminded of Lost Emotion) but my ears were disagreeing with me in a few places.
So...
At 1:01, that sequence, the f#'s should be a f naturals.
The last two measures at the end sounds off to me. I would assume it's because you didn't keep the same intervals between the lower and higher notes as in the other same passages.
If you look at the one that sounds 'right', a few measures before the one at 1:01 (@0:57), and examine the intervallic relations, I think you can iron out these little creases. But I'll leave that exercise to you.
Otherwise, you chose a pretty cool piece to choose to transcribe
