Yeah, this is what's happening. People posting stuff that should be in SAVIOR here because CPCM is more active (comparatively). If you start taking the movies/streams out of SAVIOR, doesn't it leave it as an anime-only board?

As far as I know, there is no legal governing of regarding chinese movies; not as black and white as American ones anyway.

(most were written in words not to distribute freely, but they don't say how you can distribute it, whether it was for promotional purpose or secondary and tertiary usages)
