How to use different Keys as Arrow-Keys?
« on: August 23, 2018, 06:22:32 AM »
I've recently bought a laptop for doing some stuff on the go. It feels realy tempting now, to also play some touhou in public. (I'm aware that some people might kill me for that and I'm also aware that I might eventual hurt someone because I can't beat SA on hardmode). The only problem is that the arrowkeys on my laptop are reeeaaaly horrible and i would prefer using other keys instead. I've tried KeyTweak but it doesn't change a thing, I gues because the controlls are linked to the keypositon rather than the function (please call me out if I'm wrong here). Is there any programm to solve this issue or should I just buy a mechanical numberpat or use a controller.

I also suggest the above. If you're already remapping, I would recommend finding a combination of keys that can actually all be pressed at once so you don't run into ghosting problems trying to focus and shoot and bomb and move and the same time. You can test this here:
