"Dreamcast shooter Sturmwind released, 16 years later"
« on: May 06, 2013, 01:58:41 PM »
Hello guys, I was surfing in the web and I found this news article:

http://www.destructoid.com/dreamcast-shooter-sturmwind-released-16-years-later-252881.phtml

Both games from the article looks pretty good but I don't have a DreamCast ( I never had one, my dream when I was young is to have one to play Sonic Adventure  :fail:). Do you guys have a Dreamcast yet?

Also do you guys remember other delayed games like this one and Duke Nukem Forever?

Don't talk to me about Aliens: Colonial Marines.

No, seriously. Don't. It angers me on many levels.

That much said, I think it's amazing that anyone would even *bother* to release for the Dreamcast now. That's amazing.

Dreamcast's got an interesting homebrew and release scene going to this day. NG:DEV.TEAM is probably one of the most prolific examples, making several games for the system and even the Neo-Geo.

This game looks excellent. I'd get it if I had the cash to spare; already have my Dreamcast from launch day and it's still going strong.

I am pretty sure Rayman 1 was slated before the Dreamcast was released, and wasn't released until well after the Dreamcast officially died.

Is there a Rayman 1 for dreamcast? Rayman 1 is from 1995 while Dreamcast was released in 1998.
