Help with the .SHT files in SA
« on: December 26, 2010, 10:36:52 PM »
Continuing with the modifications, i was wandering in the SA files and wanted to modify Nitori's option at SA... noticed that the data about that shot (not the sprites) are in "pl01c.sht"

How can i modify that?

i think that format can be opened with excel but i'm not sure... also, when i try to open it, excel says that it's a protected file without asking me any password.

Any help some of you can give me?

.sht is probably just short for shot, not an actual file format. They probably just contain shot coordinates and stuff like that, so a hex editor should be all you need to edit these files.

If it's like that, then how the heck do i read that ??? it's all in some incomprehensible gibberish... there is no number, nor recognizable value on it...

Also.. nice signature  :D
