Anyway, the 3rd card is impossible for me, and my success on the first is intermittent, depending on whether I get past the wave of white bullets or not. Blasted bees and their honey spewing stingers...

I have no idea. That was the second time I reached that phase at all, so I just lined myself up with the middle and hoped for the best, and it worked. :V

Done on the No Sound version as I wasn't sure which music was going to be on it. Seeing the Youtube vid, I should have downloaded that one.

Don't have the first attack memorized, so it was 1 bomb. Second attack isn't too bad, but I mess it up always. The honey streaming is completely ridiculous for me. The final dangerous attack is a lot better than the Honey for me, but I obviously suck at it. Safespotted the final.

Sanae is the only character who could actually activate Hyper without blowing two of his health bars into oblivion. And even then increasing his life to counter the bomb's damage means my normal shot does next to nothing.

I open the thread, read the first post and download the script, without watching the video to avoid spoilers.
I try the script until I beat it.

Predictably, after the script is done, danmakufu crashes.   :colonveeplusalpha:


Luckily I knew this was going to happen and made a screenshot. I don't think this will be enough for the hall of fame, but whatever.

Note that to me, the hardest part of the battle is attack #3. It is definitely not the most difficult pattern, but it is just precisely the kind of thing I fail at.
In the run where I made it, I managed to capture the second attack and lucked through the third with only one death (usually it took me 2 lives + the respective bombs). I panic bombed almost throughout the entire last attack, then run out of bombs and survived without them for several seconds.  BV


Ijiyatsufied Hibachi is awesome. My favorite script of yours, Suikama.
