But after all, it's a personal choice of preference for everyone.

Just get some glasses with window-glass-lenses. I've heard that employees at optometrist shops wear those when they actually wouldn't need any, just so they look more competent to the customers.

I can do it, I just have to do it in an environment where there's sufficient lighting around that I don't have to use flash (tbh I don't like it much anyway). The irony of this is that when I take photos, I don't really have to wear glasses, since my lenses do the focusing for me-- so I wear sunglasses when I take photos, for some bizarre-as-hell reason :V

Though, in class, I pretty much always have to wear glasses. I sit too far away to be able to see the board at the front of the class very well. :<

That said, I'll take glasses over contacts any day. Contacts are creepy as all-get-out. :S

On-topic, I think I have a budding kegadoru fetish. :S Yeah, I don't get it either, but for some reason all the sketches I've done lately are of characters wrapped in bandages. I don't like the bandage over the eye thing, though; facial trauma scares me :ohdear: I think it may have something to do with me being wrapped in bandages for a few days (right now, I have them on my ankles, knees, and wrists), but I'm not quite sure...

Yes, the fact that Yamame has quite some morphing abilities (claws, spider limbs, and god knows what more) is one of the reasons why I like her. The other reasons are her adorable poofy dress that looks like a spider, her extremely cool web and disease powers and the fact she's such a kind, sweet girl despite her species and powers. She also has a nice hairdo and sweet face.
And now I realize that my pregnancy fetish could also be applied to Yamame, yes. Spiders lay lots of eggs, and some species injects them into other animals. So Yamame could either be pretty preggers herself or let many others do the job for her. If the latter is the case then Yamame could 'impregnate' quite a lot of the Touhous.

Now I like Yamame even more. :V

Maybe one of the reasons why I like Nue the most out of all UFO characters is because of her transformation power. Same goes for Yukari, who can change anyone into anything with the appropriate gap.

I'm sure they look fine on you. :V And if you don't like how they look on you, perhaps a different style would be a good idea; I used to hate glasses until my most recent pair, and I love how they look.

Besides, many glasses these days are anti-glare and such; mine are, so I never have issues with that-- that is, if you can manage to get a picture of me. You'd have to be some kind of a ninja to be able to pull that off though.
