>Ellen stops whispering and waves her hand. You flinch once more, and Medicine does the same. The ethereal chain between the two of you rematerializes.
>You then notice Ellen flinch as a new light emerges from her as the center of the chain is pulled towards her, when the light connects, the entire chain glows and splits, before reappearing, forming a triangle with you, Ellen, and Medicine at the vertexes. The chains then fade away.

>"I-I wanted to see if casting it again would undo it..." Ellen pouts a bit.
