> Take flight and head toward the village.

>You make your way toward the village from there air. It's not a long flight at all, the first houses are no more than a hundred or so yards away.
>The houses here are small, simple things that remind you of the village outskirts  from your era, single room homes of wood and thatch. Fields of rice and daikon have been set out; you can see people in simple clothing moving among them. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of amenities in the village; if there are any shops or teahouses or the like, they are not very distinguishable from the rest of the buildings from the air.

> Land at the entrance to the village and head in on foot.

>You head into the village. Now that you're on the ground, you can make out a shop and what you assume is either a pub or a teahouse among smattering of houses and gardens here. There are a few people milling about, a few glancing your way curiously. The people seem to be mostly human, but you do make out a youkai or two among them.

> Heard toward the drinking establishment.

>You make your way toward the establishment. You still aren't sure what it's purpose in when you enter it, but you get the feeling it probably serves both roles. Inside are a few tables set around the floor, only a couple of them occupied by a few people, as an older woman with a tray makes her way toward one of them. A large dog is rolled onto his side under one of the unoccupied tables, he gives a half-hearted bark as you enter.
