Can't switch to normal mode.

I'm using the forums through mobile right now. And whenever I enter the front page, it switches me to mobile mode . When I try to turn it off, it doesn't seem to switch to normal view. I tried it numerous times and still nothing. Is it just me?

Here it says off.


When it loads, it's back to mobile view.
