I just 1cc the game with the second Marisa (so much harder than with the others, for some reason), but I don't speak Japanese and have no idea what was going on. Well, a very vague idea, but still...
I couldn't find a Lotus Land Story English patch anywhere, or a translation of the Reimu B and Marisa B endings.
