So did anyone participate in the closed beta? If you did, how was it? Haven't started playing yet. I'm just surprised there hasn't been a topic yet(checked twice already.)

I don't know, I'm still new to Nexon, though it seems they said anyone can join, and they want as many people as possible to test their servers. I would just try to make an account, and see what happens.

Lots of the elsword community seem to say this game is interesting, but when I looked at it I thought it looked too easy, and reminded me of diablo 2 where you can pretty much do everything by spamming the same spell over and over and over.

That, and the art style is flat out hideous.

Well, I will admit, it did look a little better than the trailers. However, over at the CB community forums, several people were acting like this was really good, saying they were leaving the moment this started. As a result, I figured would at least give it a try.

Been trying out this new game, pretty fun overall, not difficult to pick up, smooth controls in combat, plenty of customization for items and skill builds.

However with level capped at 24, it seems we'll be stuck at max level for a long time (My roomate is already level 16 -o-)... As my friend has told me: "Nothing reallllllly matters until you're level 32+"

Just tried this game and it's pretty cool, level 9 archer on Argenta.

I may end up getting some NX cash one of these days because holy shit there is an appearance slot for tails :getdown:

Mononobe (Elemental lord lv. 22 planning to get to 24 by tomorrow), Seiga (Paladin level 16) and Mamizou (Bowmaster level 16) All on Westwood!

I started playing a cleric and shot him up to level 11 in one day.
So easy to upgrade your gear to +6 and then roll everything on master.
