I've been trying to play a little bit with Touhou Toolkit for a very simple yet very special personal project I have.
From what I read in this thread (https://www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/index.php?topic=15119.0) I need to "download the Bin subdirectory (or Bin.7z file which is the same directory, zipped) of the latest version" but unfortunately the link provided is not functionnal anymore. As a result, I assume some files necessary to get the whole interface working are absent and I am not sure how to get everything started.
Would anyone be kind enough to help me by providing me the missing files?
