Title: Hopeless Masquerade ending crash.

I dowloaded the 1.21 and english patch from here (http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Hopeless_Masquerade), but it seem like everytime I reach the ending of the story mode, the game crash. is there any fix for this yet?
