Post by: Quwanti on May 08, 2013, 08:23:36 PM: Hello there, I am Quwanti and I make pixel art. I wasn't sure if I should make a thread or post it in a general thread, but after asking someone I just went for my own thread. Nothing wrong with that, hopefully?

Anyway, let's start from the "beginning" (the actual beginning being a few years ago, but last year I became more active). Some stuff I still, somewhat, like.

Yeah. I now look back on older works and it just looks wrong. I still have a long way to go though, but now I at least know what I'm (trying to do/)doing.

I use plain old MS Paint (lol). Usually I just make a "rough sketch" from which I add more details and colouring. If I end up with a difficult part I look up examples. I try to do that less often now, though.

Maybe, instead of using image tags, use URL tags instead to link to the image without showing it, so readers can decide for themselves whether or not to view the image? That's what I would do.
