Daiyousei's a fairy, she'll grow back. ;_;

Today is MMDDYYYY, Gin & Tonic day.  Tonic water used to be really bitter, because it was used to help fight malaria.  People added gin to make it taste better.  Today, tonic water is less bitter, but also isn't very helpful in fighting malaria - instead, it's mostly used to go with gin.  And I'll take mine on the rocks.

Today is asdghak, Spell Check Day. You know all those little mistakes you make in your writing sometimes? Today is the day when we correct them. It's more difficult to change the damage done by these typos after the fact, though...

Meanwhile, Orville Wright brings to the attention of his brother, Wilbur, the idea of "a blade that is designed to slice cucumbers." And feels somewhat embarrassed when Wilbur points out that they have a mandoline in the kitchen.

Today is , Crab Day. On this day we honor crabs the world over by doing everything sideways. That's right, not just walking, EVERYTHING. Plus, we spread the holiday spirit by acting crabby to anyone still doing things the forwards/backwards way.

Today is thingammajing, Crustmas
This is the holiest day for followers of Pastrianity. It celebrates the time when their seviour Cheesus Crust gave his own life to redeem humanity from the Cornflakes and bring about the joyous era of Pizza.
...and now I am hungry.

Today is Mrphlgh, the Day of Glorious Victory.
We celebrate this Glorious day, because on this day, Eternal President and Dear Leader Kim Il Sung swam to the bottom of the ocean on the back of a blue whale and killed the Great Crab Spirit to save Korea from typhoons, then resurfaced to defeat the Japanese army with his fists.

I like this day, because I only had think about it for like five seconds before I knew what I wanted to do with it. More like this, please.

Exchange this world for...

A slightly larger one, with significantly fewer religious extremists?

Today is @-,'-,'-- , Innuendo Day.
On this day we enhance our intercourse by passionately inserting things into it that make it seem as if we were talking about something else. Although I myself don't really enjoy such premature ejaculations...

Today is zort, Children's Book Day. Today we relive our childhood and thumb through the books our parents used to read to us. Once I figured out how to read from them, though, my parents made me start reading books without pictures... Why did it have to be like that?

I'll take a stab at this.

Today is blargh, Milk Day. On this day, we celebrate the chock full of calcium that we get from drinking milk. We thank the cows for giving us strong bones, teeth, and a healthy life. No sexual content was created because of this day.

Komachi, your daughter does not need to be fixing your boat for you. You should have read something more suited to her talents, like "Introduction to Highway Robbery" or something.

Today is KHAAAAAAN, Day of the Rock of Ages. There once was a rock that could tell you the age of any object brought to it. ...Or, wait, maybe it was a legendary rock 'n' roll band that would be remembered through the ages... There are so many things it could be! Maybe that's its appeal?

I'd like to think it's more along the lines of "Oh shit I need a book and I need it fast before the corpses start piling up"

Today is ???, Overpowered Superheroes Day.
On this day, we celebrate the fact that the defenders of the world are so ridiculusly strong that no evil villain could ever defeat them. Thanks to the likes of Incredible Man, Mr. Awesome and God Bob, I can sleep peacefully every night!

Today is , Glow-in-the-Dark Day. Today we secretly coat random things with glow-in-the-dark paint, then when it gets dark we enjoy others' reactions to things glowing. But if anyone gets caught painting, they have to paint themselves too. Shame, shame!

Today, the 26th of December, is Rehydration Day, during which the souls of humanity who thirst are fed water so they may survive to thirst again; their suffering is cured to bring about the re-occurence of suffering.
