A complete coincidence, I traced all the possible paths to make sure there were no direct exchanges this year, but this was pretty close :derp:

Nope, no people exchanging directly with each other.  Tracing the paths, there are 3 loops this year: one of 13 people, one of 6 and one of 3.

Got a copy of Seitokai Yakuindomo and some info about working in SHANGRI-LA.  The best part is that the show came in a STEELBOOK which just made my inner DVD collector freak out.
